Plain English, always
If I can't explain why something matters for your business, it probably doesn't.
I started Build with Isaiah after watching the same thing happen too many times. A small business gets sold a website by one person, has it built by someone cheaper, pays more than the work was worth, and is left alone the first time something breaks.
None of that happens here. The person you talk to is the person doing the work. The price is agreed before anything starts. And I'm still here after launch.
Before this, I spent six years as a data engineer building the analytics that businesses ran on. It's why I start with what can be measured, and why I'd rather show you a number than an adjective.
The businesses I work with are the kind where the owner still answers the phone, and one good week changes the month. That's the part I'm in it for, and it's why I'd rather build one site that pays for itself than five that sit there looking nice.

If I can't explain why something matters for your business, it probably doesn't.
One price, agreed before we start. If the scope changes, we talk about it first.
Domain, hosting, code and accounts stay in your name. Nothing here is designed to keep you.
Design and front-end build, custom web apps, analytics and tracking, technical and local SEO, and making complicated things feel simple.
Work that won't earn back what it costs you. If something cheaper or simpler would do the job, I'll say so. I'd rather lose the invoice than sell you something you didn't need.
